  3.     Drag-drop support is added.  If you drag one or more files from File
  4. Manager under Windows 3.1 onto the WinJPEG window, those file(s) will be
  5. displayed in a slideshow.
  6.     Filename extensions can be associated with WinJPEG.  See README.1ST
  7. for instructions about associating filename extensions.  Also, if you
  8. execute WinJPEG from the Program Manager's Run Command or from a command
  9. line, you can specify multiple files that will be displayed in a
  10. slideshow.  For example, typing:
  11.       winjpeg.exe picture1.jpg picture2.jpg  
  12. will start WinJPEG in slideshow mode with those 2 pictures displayed in
  13. that order.
  14.     The error handling is slightly improved.  If an error occurs while
  15. you are attempting to view a file, one message box will be displayed
  16. instead of two messages.  In addition, if a corrupt file is encountered
  17. during batch conversion, you can continue compressing the bad file. 
  18. Thanks to Tom Lane for pointing out how to fix the error handling.
  19.     The scroll bar position is now reset to the beginning correctly when
  20. you load an image with Auto Resize off and Show Scrollbars on.
  21.     Bug fix:  If you are using common dialogs and you use JPEG Preview,
  22. all subsequently viewed JPEGs will be displayed in Preview mode.

  48. - The following bugs are corrected:
  49.   - when you close WinJPEG with the system menu while it is decoding/
  50.     encoding an image, the program would continue running.  Also, temp.
  51.     files would be left in the temp. directory.
  52.   - when you resize the window or when you minimize the window and restore
  53.     it, the scroll bar-thumb's position would be lost.  Specifically, it
  54.     would be reset to the top of the scroll bar.
  55.   - the menu items would still be active during compression/
  56.     decompression of an image
  57.   - with some pictures, there was an extraneous blank vertical strip on
  58.      the right of the displayed picture.
  59.   - some of the buttons were missing an underlined character and the
  60.     buttons with the underlined character didn't respond to the ALT +
  61.     underlined character combination
  62.   - 24-bit bitmaps did not save correctly
  63. - Improved the scroll bar logic.  Many thanks to D. Yee for his suggestions
  64.   and pointing out most of the bugs listed above.
  65. - Changes to the Batch Conversion/Slideshow dialog boxes:  Only files with
  66.   valid file extensions, *.tga, *.gif, and *.jpg(for slideshow only), are
  67.   listed.  Added "*.jpg" button to the Slideshow dialog box.
